Information we process

• Account and organization details, including name, business email, tenant and assigned role.
• Authentication, security and audit events needed to protect accounts and investigate activity.
• Configuration and operational metadata for integrations, workflows, executions and workers.
• Technical telemetry such as browser, device, IP address, timestamps, performance and error data.

How information is used

We use information to provide and secure Dova, authenticate users, operate integrations, deliver notifications, support customers, meet contractual obligations and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Credentials and customer data

Secrets are protected through Dova Vault or an approved custody mechanism and are not displayed after storage. Customer data processed by workflows remains subject to the customer’s instructions, configured retention and applicable agreement with Cloudata.

Sharing and international processing

Information may be processed by authorized infrastructure and service providers required to operate Dova. Access is limited by role, tenant boundary and purpose. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the platform.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as needed for service delivery, security, audit, legal and contractual requirements. Safeguards include encryption, access controls, tenant isolation, audit trails and multi-factor authentication where enabled.

Your choices and requests

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information. Tenant administrators may also control users, retention and notification preferences. Requests are subject to identity verification and lawful retention obligations.
